The Nebraska Lawyers Foundation
The Nebraska Lawyers Foundation is a non-profit corporation who’s focus is to obtain grants, gifts and contributions to fund the work of the Minority and Justice Implementation Fund, the Nebraska Lawyers Assistance Fund, the One Hour of Sharing campaign, the Volunteer Lawyers Fund, the Nebraska Continuing Legal Education Fund and the New Initiatives Fund.

Nebraska Lawyers Trust Account Foundation
The Nebraska Lawyers Trust Account Foundation (NLTAF) administers the Interest On Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program. Over 250 banks in Nebraska collaborate with over 2,800 attorneys to ensure the success of this program. The Nebraska Legal Services program has received over $5 million since 1984 from IOLTA to help provide access to legal representation to all Nebraskans.
