If you have received an Application form from the Nebraska State Bar Commission previously and you are contemplating filing it now, please call us so we may verify that the form you have is still valid. If you file an outdated form, it will be returned to you. 

1.  Download the application materials.
2.  Print out and complete.
3.  Mail completed forms to:	Nebraska State Bar Commission  P. O. Box 81809  Lincoln, NE 68501-1809
