Samantha Peacoe is a member of Casemaker’s customer support team and works out of the Charlottesville, Virginia, office. She has been conducting Casemaker’s training sessions twice a week for over four years. Samantha has extensive experience working with customers and helping them find answers to their questions and problems in a quick and efficient manner. Samantha understands the daily challenges of time and resources faced by attorneys and she takes pride in providing members with the most viable solutions.  She will take questions live via chatroom throughout the presentation.
