Research indicates that creating documents from within a document assembly system is 50% to 80% quicker than standard creation. NebDocs is the NSBA’s premier automated document assembly program, which uses form templates to efficiently generate completed legal documents. NebDocs templates ask questions and automatically create customized documents based on the answers given, saving members time, effort and money in the production of repetitive documents and forms.  This seminar will demonstrate the basics of using NebDocs and will update you on the new forms and features, such as its movement to the cloud and the addition of hundreds of new forms, including updated versions of all the probate documents that were in Probate System V.

Joel Carney, of Larson, Kuper, Wenninghoff & Carney in Omaha, specializes in personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, bankruptcy, and estate disputes litigation.  Joel is the former chair of the NSBA Forms Committee.
