Finding and Researching Expert Witness on the Internet
Presented by Jim Robinson, Esq.
(This is a “simulive” rebroadcast of a previously recorded presentation. Presenter Robinson will be available during the rebroadcast to answer questions.)
Expert witnesses can make or break a case. In this program you will learn which types of experts will help you win your case, where to find qualified experts, how to uncover information about the opposing experts using the resources on the Internet.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Determine which experts are right for your case and where to them;
- Dig up dirt on opposing experts;
- Access expert witness information often overlooked by the casual researcher; and
- Locate expert witness depositions, briefs, video, and more
This program is targeted to lawyers who use experts in all practice areas, including litigation, business, environmental, family law, and real estate. This program will be especially helpful to young and solo attorneys who want to get an edge over their opposition through discovery, depositions, and at trial.
