Chief Justice Michael Heavican will discuss the role court facilities play in the appellate process and how to use them most effectively, how dockets are created, and protocols in
appearing before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Chief Justice Heavican will preview the new session, and will include a brief tour of the court’s facilities.
