Lindsey Buchheit is the founder of Buchheit Law, PLC, in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, where her practice primarily includes estate planning and probate and family and divorce law. Ms. Buchheit earned her B.A. degree, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska Wesleyan and her J.D. from the University of Nebraska. She is the Past President of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council, Secretary of the Sergeant Bluff Community Development Corporation, Vice President of the Center For Siouxland, a member of the Nebraska and South Dakota bar associations, and also serves on the Family
