This program will consist of three presentations: (1) “Elder Law 101: Legal and Ethical Issues Regarding the Elderly and Their Families,” which will include a discussion of the ethics of working with clients with diminished capacity (Neb. Ct. R. of Prof. Cond. §3-501.14); (2) “The Fundamentals of Estate Administration and Probate”; and (3) “Adult Guardianships and Conservatorships.” 

Abby McConnaughhay is an attorney at Elder Law of Omaha, PC, LLO. She received her JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Nebraska.
