Catherine Swiniarksi is the managing attorney and owner of Elder Law of Omaha, PC, LLO. Catherine received her JD from Creighton University School of Law in 1986. Since that time she has practiced law in a
wide variety of settings, from corporate to private practice.  She has also taught legal topics in various academic settings.

Nick Halbur is an attorney at Elder Law of Omaha, PC, LLO. Nick received his JD from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Nebraska.
