Lawyers have a duty to train their paralegals and other support staff and ensure they acting as agents of the lawyer perform their tasks in an ethical manner. This program will provide you with a real world guide to training paralegal/support staff on ethics rules and discuss common instances where support staff are the source of ethical lapses and complaints from clients.
