9:00 am     “E-Discovery: The Basics of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)”
This presentation will discuss requests for production, form of production, special interrogatories, meet and confer requirements and prerequisites for collection of hard drives, and clients’ duties to store ESI and respond to requests according to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and case law.

10:15 am    “Cost Shifting & Taxation of Costs”
This presentation will discuss the costs of gathering ESI, how courts determine whether a request is too burdensome or costly, and who pays for the discovery.


Olivia Gerroll brings over 24 years of experience and skills in electronic discovery services, global litigation, and eDiscovery strategy and management initiatives within the legal community to her role as Vice President and Senior Consultant for D4.
