But there are several ethical issues in texting with clients including confidentiality the ability to competently advise a client in short messages the potential loss of the attorney-client privilege and more.

But there are several ethical issues in texting with clients including confidentiality the ability to competently advise a client in short messages the potential loss of the attorney-client privilege and more. This program will discuss ethical issues in the new world of attorneys and clients texting each other.
