Causation is the backbone of most workers’ compensation cases and, much of the time, a preexisting condition is a piece of the puzzle. This seminar will go over what is and isn’t causation, how to get causation opinions from doctors, and how to deal with preexisting conditions when talking with doctors and judges. Examples/forms will be provided, as practical application will be the focus.
