Member Information : Sections : Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section
This section
is comprised of lawyers who practice or have an interest in real
estate, probate and trust areas. The section provides a common forum
for exchanging ideas. It promotes and provides continuing education
in the field of real estate, probate and trust law and fosters excellence
and professionalism in the practice. The section monitors, reviews
and recommends legislation in these areas of the law and informs
and educates section members with respect to new developments and
ethical considerations. The section also educates the general public
on various real estate, probate and trust law issues.
