1000s of hearings and or trials. Appearing in courts for 32 years. My firm opened in 1995 and before that I was trained by a couple of the best litigation law firms in KC: Shook Hardy and Bacon, Armstrong Teasdale and Martin Leigh and Laws.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
My husband passed away suddenly of a rare vicious sarcoma when my children were very young. I raise money and support cancer fighting groups, and genetic research particularly. I also enjoy raising money by doing runs/charity walks for many health and education related causes. Our family supports the Deanna Rose Farmstead for children, celebrating the legacy of the first woman police officer to be killed in the line of duty in Overland Park, our hometown. We also support Camellot Academy, a children's theater summer program at Rockhurst High School in Kansas City.
