Sections: Juvenile Law

This section shall study and make recommendations in the area of juvenile law.  It shall monitor, study and evaluate laws, rules and procedures that relate to the rights of juveniles in both civil and criminal systems.  It may propose public service or public education programs to benefit youth both in and outside of the juvenile justice system.
