Using Casemaker to do a Shepards®-type
search
Casemaker doesn’t contain the Shepards service; however, you can do a Shepards-type search by placing an official citation inside of quotes and treating it like a phrase. Doing this, you will pull up every case that cites to that particular case. Below is an example of this technique.
