The
Nebraska Lawyer
The Nebraska
Lawyer is the official publication of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
A monthly magazine format publication, The Nebraska Lawyer is published
for the purpose of educating and informing lawyers about current
issues and concerns relating to their practice of law.
Readership
includes attorneys, judges, law office personnel and administrators.
Advertising in The Nebraska Lawyer will bring a direct message to
the people you want to reach, allowing you to cost-effectively target
your advertising dollars.

Print Specifications
Trim size
8.5" x 10.875". Sheet-fed offset lithography printing
from electronically-produced artwork. Saddle-stitch binding. Inside
pages are black ink only; outside and inside front and back are
4-color process.
Submitted
Ad Specifications
The Nebraska
Lawyer is produced using Quark Xpress 5.0, with Photoshop
7.0, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator. Ads submitted for use
in the magazine must be sent in the following formats and/or programs:
Quark Xpress 5.0 or lower, Adobe Pagemaker and Microsoft Word,
JPEG, EPS, TIF or PDF. All files must be in high resolution at
300dpi. Advertisements sent in PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher
and Microsoft Excel are not acceptable. The Nebraska Lawyer is
not responsible for ads submitted with missing graphics or fonts,
or improperly imbedded fonts. Advertisers will be charged composition
fees of $25 an hour to reset or fix ads.

Rates
The cost of
a classified advertisement for members is $15 for the first 30
words and $.50 for every additional word. For non-members, the
cost is $25 for the first 30 words and $.50 for every additional
word.

will be reviewed by the NSBA and are subject to approval before
placement on the site. The Nebraska State Bar Association reserves

LAW EXPRESS and E-Counsel
NSBA provides
members with current and valuable information through the E-Counsel
Newsletter and the weekly NELawExpress.
NSBA's electronic
newsletter, E-Counsel containing Court News, NSBA news CLE Updates
and Practice Tips. Only one banner rotating between four advertisers
will be allotted.
NELAWExpress
provides summaries of recent opinions of the Nebraska Supreme Court
and the Nebraska Court of Appeals, along with links to the full
text of the opinions. This valuable free resource is distributed
weekly by e-mail containing a link to the current issue on this
website.
