Currently, all Nebraska State Bar Association programs and events are taking place as planned.  Please be assured that safety is our top priority. We remind all program and event attendees to adhere to best practices for preventing the spread of respiratory illnesses, including those provided by the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/guidance-business-response.html).

Our in person CLE programs have a live webcast option. If you were registered to attend in person but prefer to view the live webcast, please contact Lisa Henrichs (lhenrichs@nebar.com) or Allyson Felt (afelt@nebar.com) via email or phone (402-475-7091) to update your registration. Many of our programs will also be available for viewing in our on-demand CLE platform. You can find those programs at: www.nebarondemand.com.

If your firm or organization has travel policies or health guidelines that prevent you from attending, or if you decide not to attend, we understand and respect your decision and ask that you please let us know by contacting us in advance of the event. Under normal circumstances, the NSBA requires that a cancellation request be received at least 72 hours prior to the event in order to receive a full-refund and that requests made less than 72 hours of the live CLE event or following the live CLE event will be refunded, less a $30.00 processing fee. We are happy to waive these deadlines and grant full refunds to anyone who needs to cancel because they or loved one has been impacted by the coronavirus.
