For couples age 65 and above, the divorce rate has tripled since 1990. For these couples, division of assets can be especially difficult due to their financial planning assets like annuities. This seminar will cover the basics of annuities, including their common features, and the various factors that should impact the way an attorney handles annuities for clients experiencing “gray divorce.”

This presentation was also previously accredited as MCLE #183586. This program will be presented live via webcast by the speaker.
