Part 1 of Advanced Concepts in Bankruptcy will go deeper into the legal concepts that are involved in more complicated bankruptcies and will discuss: executory contracts; cash collateral and replacement liens and sales free and clear; Chapter 11 plans and objections; absolute priority rule; effect of confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan; stay relief litigation; and valuing collateral.
