Purpose: The Committee shall review and make recommendations to the Executive Council with regard to complaints made by dues-paying members. Such review shall be pursuant to a grievance procedure established by the Executive Council. This Committee shall consist of three members appointed by the Executive Council. Members may not be officers of the Nebraska State Bar Association, or members of the House of Delegates, the Executive Council or the Legislation Committee.
