The Nebraska Supreme Court has determined it necessary to allow all 10 required MCLE credits for this year to be obtained without attending live education (regular/traditional) in light of the health concerns posed by COVID-19.

In December, when you file your annual report, we will accept reports that have no live education as long as you report 10 credits, 2 of which are professional responsibility/ethics hours.

There is boilerplate language within the system that refers to caps on distance learning credits, please disregard that language for the 2020 reports.
