| 1:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. | Current Landscape of Employment Agreements Matt Dunning, Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill, LLP This presentation will focus on the drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and managing executive transitions, including strategies for auditing existing employment or ownership agreements with restrictive covenants, navigating state and federal restrictive covenant litigation, and implementing proactive measures to better protect trade secrets and confidential information. |
