Summary

Hour One: A panel of magistrate judges will discuss the things attorneys need to know about appearing before a magistrate judge, including discovery disputes, consenting to magistrate judges, general case progression, ethical considerations, and other procedural matters. Hour two: A panel of Article III judges will review commonly asked questions about matters seen in their courtrooms, including trial practice, dispositive motions sentencing, ethical considerations, and more.
