Summary

As your career progresses, your days become more complex while the demands on you become more frequent, more intrusive, and less clear. Email and remote work, which were supposed to make our lives better, have become hazardous to our health. Technology and trial lawyer Rick Jeffries offers a summary of his three decades of trial and lots of error in managing his practice. Rick will share the strategies he uses, in just a couple hours a week, to manage his workload, with the earnest hope you will sleep at night and go outside on the weekends.
