This seminar will provide corporate counsel with updates and tips on responding to and defending Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, workplace harassment, employment agreements, arbitration, and more.

12:15 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.	Responding to and Defending Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions Nick Ridgeway, Jacobsen, Orr, Lindstrom & Holbrook P.C., L.L.O. This session will review how to respond to a notice for a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition and to provide tips for defending the deposition.

12:45 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.	Workplace Harassment 101 Coy Clark, Jacobsen, Orr, Lindstrom & Holbrook P.C., L.L.O. This session will provide an overview of workplace harassment, including the most important points to highlight to corporate clients.

1:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.	Current Landscape of Employment Agreements Matt Dunning, Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill, LLP This presentation will focus on the drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and managing executive transitions, including strategies for auditing existing employment or ownership agreements with restrictive covenants, navigating state and federal restrictive covenant litigation, and implementing proactive measures to better protect trade secrets and confidential information.

2:15 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.	Break

2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	Arbitration 101 for Corporate Counsel Lindsay Lundholm, Baird Holm LLP This session will review the things corporate counsel should know about arbitration.

3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.	Lessons Learned in Advising Corporate Counsel Dan Lindstrom, Jacobsen, Orr, Lindstrom & Holbrook P.C., L.L.O. In this session, Dan Lindstrom will wrap up the program with a review of the lessons he has learned over his years advising corporate counsel.
