The largest Section of the NSBA, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section is dedicated to monitoring, reviewing, and recommending legislation in these areas of the law and informing and educating section members with respect to new developments and ethical considerations. It also educates the general public on various real estate, probate, and trust law issues.
