Members are appointed by the NSBA President.
What we do
The Rules and/or Bylaws Committee shall review, study and analyze the various operations, procedures and responsibilities of the House of Delegates as they now exist or will exist in the future, and determine if the House needs or will need to alter or amend its Rules for efficient and effective functioning; shall review, study and analyze the Bylaws of the Association and the Rules Creating, Controlling and Regulating the Nebraska State Bar Association. If so, the committee shall function in such a way as to bring about the drafting, consideration and adoption by the House of the required amendments to the House Rules and/or Bylaws, and to recommend to the Supreme Court changes to the Rules, Creating, Controlling and Regulating the Nebraska State Bar Association.
