For current law students in good standing.
Includes free membership and up to 2 free Section memberships.

Members who are not actively engaged in the practice of law in the state of Nebraska
Emeritus Inactive

Non-practicing members who have attained the age of 75 years or have been engaged actively in the practice of law in the state of Nebraska for 50 years or more, during the dues year being billed.
Membership Terms
- Membership runs January 1-December 31.
- Renewal reminders are sent before the new year begins.
- If membership lapses, it may be reactivated by becoming current on dues.
Payment Options
Annual Auto-Renewal
- Automatically renews each January (Sections, NetWORKS and charitable contributions included).
- A notice is sent via email before the renewal date.
- Once your payment is processed, a receipt is emailed to you.
Firm Billing
- The firm receives a consolidated annual invoice and roster listing all associated lawyers.
- Payments are made in a single bulk transaction (via credit card, ACH or check) by firm, covering the dues for everyone.

Payments to the Nebraska State Bar Association are for sustaining membership and are separate from mandatory licensing assessments.
